OUTPUT

plot_vtkfile

plot_vtkfile [true/false]

CrunchODiTi will print a .vtk file if true. Default is true.

plot_xyzfile

plot_xyzfile [true/false]

CrunchODiTi will print a .xyz file if true. Default is true.

spatial_profile

spatial_profile time1 time2 time3 time4 ...

The time values are real numbers giving the time at which the spatial profile is to be written. If not specified, the code assumes that no output file is to be written and therefore no time stepping will occur. The time values are given in the unit given with time_units.

time_series_at_node

time_series_at_node FileName jx jy jz

FileName is the file name to be used for the time series, and jx,jy and jz are integers giving the node number for which the time series will be tracked.
Multiple specifications of time_series_at_node may occur, each one giving a different filename and node number. There are no default values.

time_series_interval

time_series_interval interval

The interval value (integer) is the time step interval at which the time evolution of the parameters will be written out at the nodal location specified by time_series_at_node keyword.

time_series_output

time_series_output time1 time2 time3 time4 ...

The time values are real numbers giving specific times at which time series (time_series_at_node) is to be written.
There are no default values.
The time values are given in the unit given with time_units.

time_series_print

time_series_print option [true/false]

This keyword makes it possible to select the information to be written in the output files. Available options are:
all, cell_type, current, porosities, ionic_strength, charge_balance, gamma_water, gas, nernst_potential, dl_potentials, temperature, tot_aqueous, conc_aqueous, act_aqueous, tot_dl, tot_exch, surf_area_ads, surf_pot, tot_surf, minerals, rsa_minerals, si_minerals, tortuosities, ph, water, flow, pressure Multiple specifications of time_series_print may occur. In case of conflict, the next occurence overwrites the previous one.

Example:

time_series_print all false
time_series_print pH true
time_series_print tot_aqueous true
time_series_print si_minerals true

time_units

time_units unit

Possible unit options are:
seconds, minutes, hours, days, and years (rounded to 365 days) The default is seconds.
